het beeld in h(art) bevreemdt als een scène op toneel. het gloeit tussen wat was en wat nu is en wat zal zijn; een schemerig spanningsveld tussen de verwrongen belofte van een plaats, de hunkering naar vrijheid en de vervorming van het geheugen. hyperrealistisch en poëtisch.
the image in h(art) seems alien like a scene on a stage. it glows and hovers between what was and what is and what will be; the shimmering field of tension between the distorted promise of a place, the longing for freedom and the transformation of memory. hyperreal and poetic.

j corsís nam ook deel aan de quarantaine tentoonstelling, waar hij de grens tussen foto en object vervaagde door poeder inkt afdrukken van foto’s van rode ceders te monteren op rood cederhout.
j corsís also participated in the quarantaine exhibition, with a work that defied the borders of object and photograph by using powder ink prints of photograps of red cedars mounted on red cedar wood.
